Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and CIBC as joint book-running managers in the Rule 144A Reg/S offering of $480,000,000 8% Senior Notes due 2016 by Longview FIbre Paper and Packaging, Inc. The proceeds will be used to payout a dividend.
