Cahill Advises Trico Marine Services and Related Entities in Global Settlement, Chapter 11 Plan and Confirmation

Cahill is representing Trico Marine Services Inc. (publicly traded on NASDAQ under TRMA) ("Trico Marine") and its related entities as litigation and special corporate and restructuring counsel in their Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases pending in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. Recently, Cahill advised Trico Marine in connection with a global settlement of claims among Trico Marine's secured creditors, creditors' committee, and other key parties, and in connection its plan of reorganization, which was confirmed by the Bankruptcy Court on August 2, 2011.Earlier this year, Cahill advised Trico Supply Group in its out-of-court restructuring, which included a debt for equity swap of outstanding high yield notes and other funded debt of more than $500 million, and the settlement of other intercompany claims and interests held by Trico Marine.
