Cahill Represents Citi in Amendment to Credit Facilities for SABIC

Cahill represented Citibank International plc as administrative agent in connection with the fourth amendment to the SABIC senior secured credit facility among SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding US LP, SABIC Innovative Plastics Holding B.V., SABIC Innovative Plastics GP BV, Sociedad En Commandita and SABIC Innovative Plastics Financing B.V. and Citibank International plc and General Electric Capital Corp. as co-administrative agents, Citibank, N.A. and General Electric Capital Corp. as co-collateral agents, and the lenders party thereto. The amendment, among other things, reduced the pricing of the U.S. term B loans and the Spanish term B loans and made the covenant package less restrictive.
