Cahill represented the joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $625,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.0% Senior Secured First Lien Notes due 2019 by Claire’s Stores, Inc. Cahill also represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in the $115,000,000 amended and restated revolving credit facility for Claire’s Stores, Inc.
