Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $750 Million Notes Offering by Caesars

Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and the other joint book-running mangers in connection with Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $750,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9% Senior Secured Notes offering by Caesars Operating Escrow LLC/Caesars Escrow Corporation. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
