Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with the $261,000,000 Term B Loan for BWAY Intermediate Company, BWAY Holding Company and BWAY Corporation and North American Packaging Corporation. Proceeds from the loan were used in connection with BWAY’s acquisition of Ropak Packaging from the LINPAC Group.
