Cahill represented the joint book-running managers and co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $1,000,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.75% Senior Note due 2020 by Aramark Corporation. Cahill also represented administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with the $1,400,000,000 amended credit facility for Aramark Corporation.
