Cahill Represents Bank of America in $610 Million Credit Facilities for Berlin Packaging

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with the $610,000,000 credit facilities comprised of a $460,000,000 Term B loan and revolver and a $150,000,000 Second Lien Term B loan for Berlin Packaging L.L.C. Proceeds from the loan will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
