Cahill represented the joint book-running managers in connection with the offering of $285,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9%/9.75% Senior PIK Toggle Notes due 2017 by BOE Intermediate Holding Corporation (BWAY), one of the largest manufacturers of rigid metal, plastic and hybrid containers in North America. Proceeds from the offering will be used to pay-out a dividend.
