Cahill represented SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as sole book-running manager in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $65,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.125% Senior Notes due 2020 by Harron Communications. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
