Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc.

Cahill represented Royal Bank of Canada as administrative agent and Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets, Cowen and Company, and The Governor and Company of The Bank of Ireland as arrangers in connection with the $340,000,000 first lien credit facility, comprised of a $310,000,000 First Lien Term B loan and a $30,000,000 revolver, and a $175,000,000 Second Lien Term Loan Facility for Pre-Paid Legal Services, Inc. Proceeds from the facility will be used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
