Cahill Advises Colt Defense in Acquisition of New Colt Holding Corp.

Cahill advised Colt Defense LLC, a leading firearms manufacturer, on its acquisition of New Colt Holding Corp., the parent company of Colt’s Manufacturing Company LLC, one of the world’s leading manufacturers of firearms for the civilian and sporting markets. As part of the representation, Cahill advised Colt Defense in connection with its new $50,000,000 Second Lien Term Loan, to partially finance the acquisition, as well as proceeds from a private equity financing and an amendment to Colt Defense’s existing asset based revolving credit facility.
