Cahill represented Citibank as administrative agent and Citigroup, GE Capital Markets, and Royal Bank of Canada as lead arrangers in connection with the $340,000,000 First Lien Term B loan, the $155,000,000 Second Lien Term B loan and the $70,000,000 revolver for New Trident Holdcorp Inc., Trident Clinical Services Holdings, Inc. and FCT Hospice, LLC. Proceeds will be used in connection with the acquisition of the assets of National Hospice Holdings, LLC as well as for general corporate purposes.
