Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Acquisition Financing for U.S. Renal Holding

Cahill represented Barclays Bank PLC as administrative agent and the lead arrangers, in connection with an amendment to U.S. Renal Care, Inc.’s first lien credit facilities, including a repricing and upsizing of the term loan facility to $636,950,000 and in connection with a $120,000,000 incremental second lien term loan. Proceeds from the first lien term loan increase and the incremental second lien loan were used in connection with the acquisition of Ambulatory Services of America, Inc.
