On August 21, 2013, Firm client Broadridge Financial Solutions, Inc. closed a public offering of $400 million principal amount of its 3.950% Senior Notes due 2020. J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities (USA), Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC acted as representatives of the underwriters.
