Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for Britax

Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with the multicurrency credit facility comprised of a $280,000,000 Term B loan, a €65,000,000 Term B loan, a AUD$25,000,000 Term B loan and a €40,000,000 multi-currency revolving credit facility for certain subsidiaries of Britax Group Limited, a leading provider of child car seats, strollers, baby carriers, and accessories. Proceeds from the loans were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
