Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Credit Facility for News Corporation

Cahill represented JPMorgan Chase Bank and Citibank as administrative agents, J.P. Morgan Securities as lead arranger and Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Commonwealth Bank of Australia as arrangers in connection with a $650,000,000 revolving credit facility for News Corporation, a multinational mass media corporation. Proceeds of the facility will be used for general corporate purposes.
