Cahill represented RBC Capital Markets and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $145,900,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.00% Senior Notes due 2019 by Townsquare Radio, LLC and Townsquare Radio, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used in part to fund the acquisition of 50 radio stations from Cumulus Media Holdings, Inc.
