Cahill Represents Initial Purchasers in $250 Million Notes Offering by Tesoro Logistics

Cahill represented Wells Fargo Securities, Citigroup and J.P. Morgan as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.875% Senior Notes due 2020 by Tesoro Logistics LP and Tesoro Logistics Finance Corp. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes, including to refinance existing indebtedness.
