Cahill Represents Lead Banks in Acquisition Financing for Polymer Group

Cahill represented Citicorp North America as administrative agent, Citigroup Global Markets and Barclays Bank as lead arrangers and the other arrangers in connection with the $295,000,000 Term B loan for Polymer Group, a global, technology-driven developer, producer and marketer of engineered materials, and one of the world's leading producers of nonwovens. Proceeds from the loan were used in connection with Polymer Group’s acquisition of Fiberweb plc, a global developer and manufacturer of specialty nonwoven products and materials for a variety of industrial end markets.
