Cahill represented Nomura, Morgan Stanley, RBC Capital Markets and UBS Investment Bank as joint book-running managers and FBR as co-manager in connection with an add-on offering of $22,500,000 aggregate principal amount of 7.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2021 by Stackpole International. Proceeds were used for general corporate purposes.
