Cahill represented Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC, J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, as joint book-running managers, and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., and S. Goldman Capital LLC as co-managers in connection with the public offering by Navios Maritime Holdings Inc. of 2,000,000 American Depository Shares representing 20,000 shares of its 8.75% Series G Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock. Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
