Cahill represented Barclays Bank as administrative agent and JPMorgan Chase Bank and the other joint lead arrangers in connection with the $1.8 billion amended credit facility for Dunkin' Brands, Inc. The amended facility reduced the pricing of Dunkin’ Brand’s term loans.
