Cahill Represents Underwriters in $200 Million Public Notes Offering by Cloud Peak Energy

Cahill represented the joint book-running managers and senior co-managers in connection with the public offering of $200,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6.375% Senior Notes due 2024 by Cloud Peak Energy Resources, LLC and Cloud Peak Energy Finance Corp., one of the largest producers of coal in the United States. Proceeds from the offering were used to fund the concurrent tender offer and consent solicitation of Cloud Peak Energy’s outstanding 8.250% Senior Notes due 2017, which Cahill also represented the dealer manager and solicitation agent.
