Cahill Represents Deutsche Bank in $855 Million Notes Offering by Ceridian

Cahill represented Deutsche Bank Securities as sole book-running manager in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $855,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 8.125% Senior Notes due 2017 by Ceridian LLC and Comdata Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness. Cahill also represented the dealer manager and solicitation agent in connection with the tender offer and consent solicitation of any and all of Comdata’s outstanding 11.25% Senior Notes due 2015 and 12.25% Senior Toggle Notes due 2015.
