Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Barclays as joint book-running managers in connection with the public offering of 24,000,000 shares of common stock of RCS Capital Corporation (NYSE: RCAP), resulting in gross proceeds of $486,000,000. Proceeds from the offering will be used in to partially fund the pending acquisition of Cetera Financial.
