Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch, Jefferies, RBC Capital Markets, Guggenheim Securities, and Macquarie Capital as lead book-running managers in connection with the Initial Public Offering of 8,333,333 shares of common stock of Townsquare Media, Inc. (NYSE: TSQ) resulting in gross proceeds of $91,666,663. Proceeds were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
