Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in Acquisition Financing for Cidron Gloria Group Services

Cahill represented J.P. Morgan as administrative agent and the lead arrangers in connection with a €310,000,000 Term B loan and a €45,000,000 revolving credit agreement for Cidron Gloria Group Services GmbH, a German limited liability company. Proceeds from the financing were used in connection with the company’s acquisition of 100% of the outstanding equity interests of GHD Verwaltung GesundHeits GmbH.
