Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with a $182,500,000 First Lien Term B loan, a $35,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility and a $65,000,000 Second Lien Term B loan for Capstone Logistics Acquisition, Inc. Proceeds were used in connection with the acquisition of Capstone Logistics by The Jordan Company.
