Cahill represented the joint book-running managers and co-managers in connection with a public offering of $2,800,000,000, comprised of $1,250,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.375% Notes due 2023, and $1,550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 5.750% Notes due 2025 by Calpine Corporation. Proceeds were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
