Cahill represented the administrative agent, collateral agent, lead arranger, and the other arrangers in connection with the $1,600,000,000 Term B loan for Calpine Corporation, America’s largest generator of electricity from natural gas and geothermal resources. Proceeds from the offering will be used to refinance existing credit.
