Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $730 Million Credit Facility for Leighton Services

Cahill represented Barclays Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger, and the other lead arrangers in connection with a $730,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $630,000,000 Term B loan (consisting of an AUD$359,000,000 Australian Dollar-denominated tranche and a $350,000,000 U.S. Dollar-denominated tranche) and a $100,000,000 revolving facility for Leighton Services. Proceeds from the facility will be used for general corporate purposes, to refinance existing indebtedness and to cash collateralize certain Australian funded letters of credit.
