Cahill represented Morgan Stanley Senior Funding, Inc. as administrative agent and lead arranger in connection with the $100,000,000 revolving credit agreement for NSAM LP, as borrower, and NorthStar Asset Management Group Inc., as guarantor. NorthStar is a leading global asset management firm focused on strategically managing real estate investment platforms in the United States and internationally. The facility is available for general corporate purposes, including to fund repurchases of common stock.
