Morgan, BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Barclays, and TD Securities as joint book-running managers and the co-managers in connection with the offering of 2,994,792 shares of common stock by Equinix, Inc. (NASDAQ: EQIX), the world's largest IBX data center and colocation provider, resulting in gross proceeds of $862,500,096. Proceeds from the offering will be used in connection with Equinix’s acquisition of TelecityGroup plc, Europe's leading provider of premium carrier-neutral colocation data centres.
