Cahill represented Praxair, Inc. in connection with its public offerings of €550,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.200% Notes due 2024 and $275,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 3.200% Notes due 2026. Proceeds from the offerings will be used for general corporate purposes.
