Cahill represented Mizuho, SEB, Wells Fargo, and HSBC as joint book-running managers and TD as co-manager in connection with the public offering of €600,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 1.750% Senior Notes due 2023 by Nasdaq, Inc. Proceeds from the offering were used for general corporate purposes.
