Cahill Advises in Debt Financing for Leonard Green’s Acquisition of ExamWorks

Cahill represented Bank of America as administrative agent and lead arranger and Barclays, Deutsche Bank Securities, and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey as lead arrangers in connection with a $920,000,000 credit facility, comprised of a $770,000,000 Term B loan and a $150,000,000 revolving credit facility for ExamWorks Group, Inc., a provider of independent medical examinations, peer reviews, bill reviews, Medicare compliance, case management and other related services. Proceeds from the facility were used in connection with the acquisition of ExamWorks by an affiliate of Leonard Green & Partners.
