Cahill represented the administrative agent and lead arrangers in connection with the $1,375,000,000 first lien term loan, the $150,000,000 first lien revolving credit facility and the $425,000,000 second lien term loan, in each case of UFC Holdings, LLC, the holdings company of the UFC, the world’s premier professional mixed martial arts organization. Proceeds from the credit facilities were used in connection with the $4,000,000,000 acquisition of the UFC by WME | IMG.
