Cahill represented Credit Suisse as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a new $75,000,000 incremental term B loan, and the repricing of $440,000,000 of existing term B loans for Sirius Computer Solutions, Inc., a national integrator of technology-based business solutions. Proceeds from the incremental loan were used for working capital.
