Cahill represented Credit Suisse, Cayman Islands Branch as administrative agent and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC, SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., and Antares Capital LP as lead arrangers in connection with a $450,000,000 term B credit facility and $30,000,000 revolving credit facility for Hargray Merger Sub Corp., Hargray Communications Group, Inc. and HCP Acquisition LLC. Proceeds from the credit facility are expected to be used to finance an acquisition by the borrower, refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
