Cahill Represented SunTrust Bank as administrative agent and lead arranger and BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Jefferies Finance LLC as arrangers in connection with a $75,000,000 Term B incremental facility amendment for Xplornet Communications Inc., Canada’s largest rural-focused broadband service provider. Proceeds from the offering are expected to be used for general corporate purposes and refinancing outstanding debt securities.
