Cahill represented SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, BMO Capital Markets Corp. and Jefferies LLC as joint book-running managers in connection with the Rule 144A offering of $230,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 9.625% Senior Notes due 2022 by Xplornet Communications Inc., Canada’s largest rural-focused broadband service provider. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
