Cahill represented UBS AG, Stamford Branch as Administrative Agent and Issuing Bank in connection with a $20,000,000 revolving credit agreement for restaurant company Ruby Tuesday, Inc. Proceeds from the facility were used to refinance existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes.
