Cahill Represents Arch Capital Group Ltd. in $230 Million Preferred Stock Offering

Cahill represented Arch Capital Group Ltd. in connection with an underwritten primary offering of 9,200,000 depositary shares, each representing a 1/1,000th interest in a 5.45% non-cumulative series F preferred share. The offering resulted in gross proceeds of $230,000,000, and will be used in to redeem a portion of Arch’s outstanding Series C preferred shares. The depositary shares are listed on NASDAQ. Arch Capital Group provides insurance, reinsurance and mortgage insurance on a worldwide basis through its wholly-owned subsidiaries.
