Morgan Securities LLC, Macquarie Capital (USA) Inc., Capital One Securities Inc., KeyBanc Capital Markets Inc., SunTrust Robinson Humphrey, Inc., and U.S. Bancorp Investments, Inc. as underwriters in the add-on offering of $500,000,000 aggregate principal amount of 6% Senior Notes due 2025 by Eldorado Resorts, Inc. Proceeds will be used to refinance existing indebtedness.
