Cahill represented Bank of America, N.A as Administrative Agent, and the lead arrangers in connection with a $750,000,000 incremental term B credit facility for Quintiles IMS Incorporated. Quintiles IMS Incorporated is an information and technology services company that caters to the healthcare industry and provides commercial applications. Proceeds from the facility are expected to be used to repay outstanding revolving credit loans, to pay fees and expenses related to the new transaction and for general corporate purposes, including to fund acquisitions and share repurchases.
