Cahill represented Mizuho Bank, Ltd. as lead arranger and administrative agent in connection with a $1,275,000,000 revolving credit facility for D.R. Horton, Inc., the largest homebuilding company by volume in the United States. Proceeds from the credit facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
