Cahill represented Antares Capital LP as lead arranger and administrative agent, and Guggenheim Securities, LLC, Citizens Bank, N.A., KeyBank National Association and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation as arrangers, in connection with a $450,000,000 Term B credit facility and a $45,000,000 multicurrency revolving credit facility in connection with the financing of the acquisition of Ten-X, LLC, an online real estate marketplace, by Thomas H. Lee Partners.
