Cahill represented the lead arrangers and administrative agent in connection with credit facilities for Aptos. Proceeds from the facilities were used to finance the acquisition by Aptos of TXT Retail, the leading global provider of end-to-end merchandise lifecycle management solutions for the apparel, luxury, specialty and general retail sectors.
