Cahill Represents Lead Arrangers in $450 Million Revolving Credit Facility for WestRock Company

Cahill represented Wells Fargo, Mizuho and The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi, as joint lead arrangers, and Wells Fargo, as administrative agent, in connection with a $450,000,000 revolving credit facility for WestRock Company, a multinational provider of paper and packaging solutions for consumer and corrugated packaging markets. Proceeds from the credit facility are expected to be used for general corporate purposes.
